Valuing People
Health and Safety is our number one priority. We actively support an inclusive workplace and aim to empower people across our supply chain.
Health and Safety
Health and Safety is our number one business priority. We are truly committed to promoting, creating and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment every day. Our Health and Safety strategy ‘Taking Care of Each Other’ is based on three key priorities – culture, leadership and performance.
Inclusive Culture
At Irish Distillers, we are committed to creating and nurturing an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and feel confident that they can share who they are with their colleagues.
We believe that an environment with a range of experience, thought, gender and backgrounds creates a stronger, more innovative work environment and enables deeper connections with each other, our customers, our consumers and our communities.
In 2023, we achieved Investors in Diversity – Gold accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity, recognising the progress we have made and aspire to make. In 2025, we retained Gold, an endorsement of our commitment to an Inclusive Culture.
