The Irish Whiskey Academy is a state-of-the-art training facility. It is a dedicated institute of learning where mentors host courses about the history, heritage and production of Irish whiskey.
Pernod Ricard University
Pernod Ricard University has launched its first campus at the historic Domaine de La Voisine château, where employees from across the Group can access programmes to support their professional development.

Working with our communities
At Irish Distillers we believe it is important to give back to the community from which we have grown.
Employees can take up to two days paid leave every year to volunteer at a charity of their choice.
Employees are eligible to apply for up to €250 in matched funding each year for charity fundraising initiatives.
Site Charity Partners
Each of our sites has a designated site charity partner, chosen by employees. The business makes an annual donation to each charity partner and employees fundraise and volunteer with their charity partner throughout the year.
