Online Interview with our Recruitment Team
We want to give as many applicants a chance as possible, so the next stage in the process will be a 30 minute MS Teams interivew with a member of our recruitment team. Here, you will have the chance to pitch your experience and aspirations, as well as ask any questions you would like to know the answers to! Our teams will then shortlist for the next stage – our assessment centre!
Step Four
Assessment Centre
To help us select the next generation of Jameson Brand Ambassadors we invite applicants that have been successful at screening stage to attend an Assessment Centre. The Assessment Centre are a great way for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us as a company.
Assessment Centre for the International Brand Ambassador Programme is held in April. It’s a really enjoyable experience, and candidates are assessed through the following activities:
- 2-minute Presentation
- Group Exercise
- Interview
Step Five
Final Interview
After our assessment centre, we will shortlist down to a short shortlist of strong contenders. At this point we will invite you to our Final Round interview where you will have a more detailed interview with our team and our Jameson Brand Ambassador Recruitment team. On occasion where a language is a requirement, this stage may also include a interview with our People Managers based at our Pernod Ricard Market Companies. These typically happen in May or early June 2025
Step Six

Our offers go out over June and July for a August 2025 start date. Once you hopefully get your offer, start date for the programme is early August each year.
