Pernod Ricard University
Pernod Ricard University has launched its first campus at the historic Domaine de La Voisine château, where employees from across the Group can access programmes to support their professional development.
“Pernod Ricard has offered me an incredible international career to date. Upon completion of the Jameson Graduate programme, I joined Chivas Brothers in London and gained unrivalled experience working on Scotch whisky. Ten years later, I returned to Dublin to take up the role of Head of Prestige whiskey at Irish Distillers applying my knowledge of consumer dynamics to our portfolio of speciality whiskey brands.”
“The latest training has been so insightful and practical in developing me personally and professionally. It has taught me how to have more productive conversations; understand verbal and non-verbal communications, be more self-aware, and how to ask the right questions to coach, further develop and empower my team.”
“Being a Kiwi working with Irish Distillers has allowed me grow professionally while also developing my cultural and diversity mindset. I have worked in 3 different countries with Pernod Ricard and am excited for my future.”
“The leadership development programme at Irish Distillers has empowered me to become self-aware, embrace the value of feedback and ultimately have better conversations with my team.”
