Volunteer Leave
Employees can take up to two days paid leave every year to volunteer at a charity of their choice.
Matched Funding
Employees are eligible to apply for up to €250 in matched funding each year for charity fundraising initiatives.
Site Charity Partners
Each of our sites has a designated site charity partner, chosen by employees. The business makes an annual donation to each charity partner and employees fundraise and volunteer with their charity partner throughout the year.
