Our Culture and Values
We cherish our company culture as a vital ingredient of our business success. Our shared spirit is guided by our values. Because special things happen when Real, Remarkable and Responsible people come together.
Diversity & Inclusion
We actively support a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and feel confident that they can share who they are with their colleagues.
We are proud of the strides we have made in recent years in further embedding Diversity, Equality and Inclusion across our business and this effort being acknowledged by the Irish Centre for Diversity with our Investors in Diversity Gold award in 2023. We recognise that we all have a crucial role to play in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables our business to thrive. We want you to be part of our richly diverse & inclusive workplace and welcome everyone’s voice and commitment in making this happen.

The three pillars of our Thrive Wellbeing programme supports our employees and their families to be at their best. Our Thrive Wellbeing Hub offers employees access to mental health coaching, open ended therapy, a digital gym, wellbeing series, and much more, all in one place, accessible anywhere at any time.
Thrive in Body
Promoting healthy living as a way of life, by educating you around exercise, diet & sleep.
Thrive in Life
Empowering you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote positive health & wellbeing.
Thrive in Mind
Giving you the tools to tackle both the stigma and issues surrounding mental health.
Mental Health Support
Our “Time to Talk” initiative helps to educate, inform and empower us all to look after our mental health, take care of each other and work together to ensure Irish Distillers is a safe and supportive place to work; a place where everyone feels they can be open about their mental health and ask for support if they need it. There are a range of supports available:
Mental Health Listeners
are a group of employees that have received special training and are available on all sites to listen, without judgement, should another employee need to share what is on their mind.
Mental Health Coaching
to help employees identify key areas they want to work on or improve, such as, building self-confidence, managing anxiety, or improving sleep.
24/7 Mental Health Team
provides employees and their families with access to confidential in the moment support and can refer employees to other services if needed.
Open-ended Therapy
is available for those that need a greater level of support. Therapy is based on needs and progress to ensure our employees get the help they need for as long as they need it.
