“The Irish Distillers Graduate Programme helped me to put the skills I learned in my course into practice in real day to day problems. Manufacturing is a high paced and exciting environment to work in and every day is different. I’ve learned so much from the experienced and supportive team here and have had great mentors. There’s such a diverse choice of career opportunities at Irish Distillers and I’m looking forward to my future here.”

Patrick Lambe, Bottling Operations, Dublin.

” The Irish Distillers Graduate Programme was an amazing start to my career. The programme gives you the ability to work in many different areas and explore the different aspects of my area in the real world. I was given the lucky opportunity to work on many different projects. It has allowed me to apply what I learned in university to every aspect of the job. The rotations to different departments meant I was constantly learning and expanding my knowledge of the business. The culture of conviviality and safety-first was a great environment to be a part of and I felt like everyone mattered. Being a part of the history of this company and contributing to its success is an honour”

Caoimhe Doddy, Bottling Operations, Dublin

The Irish Distillers Graduate programme acts as a perfect stepping stone to help bridge the gap between college and the workplace. The people here are very down to earth and supportive, which made settling in very easy. I have got hands on experience distilling Whiskey and Gin in the Micro Distillery, and even got to create completely new distillates. What really makes this graduate programme unique though is the level of responsibility and trust you get as a graduate as well as the future opportunities it provides”

Denis Broderick. Midleton Distillery, Cork
